Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the programmatic exchange and related services operated by WYSAMM LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (TIN 08222398), trading as Adbustr. By integrating with our platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Use of Adbustr is limited to verified business entities. Publisher onboarding is subject to a manual Know-Your-Business review covering business identity, the inventory offered and privacy-policy compliance. We do not run automated validation of counterparty ads.txt, app-ads.txt or sellers.json declarations — see our Anti-Fraud Policy.
2. Account and access
- You are responsible for safeguarding API credentials and access tokens
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use
- Access may be suspended for material breach of these Terms or applicable law
3. Acceptable use
- No invalid traffic, ad-stacking, hidden ads, or auction manipulation
- No content categories listed in our Brand Safety Policy
- No circumvention of consent or privacy mechanisms
- No reverse-engineering of our auction logic or Resonance decisioning behavior
4. Revenue share and settlement
Revenue share is set per integration and stated in the partner agreement, including any country-level overrides that apply to the endpoint. Publisher settlement terms are stated in the partner agreement and apply to verified impressions that have passed the inbound request validation described in our Anti-Fraud Policy, as recorded in our request-level logs.
5. Intellectual property
The Adbustr platform — including the exchange core, the Resonance decisioning layer, our SDKs, players, and supporting infrastructure — is owned by Adbustr and its licensors. No license is granted by these Terms beyond the integration rights expressly described.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adbustr's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid or payable in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
8. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active partners at least 30 days before they take effect.
