Mobile & TV Apps — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile and television applications published by WYSAMM LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (TIN 08222398), with its registered office in Yerevan, Armenia. WYSAMM LLC also trades as Adbustr. It applies to every application listed below and to any future application published under the same developer account that links to this page.

1. We do not collect personal data

These applications do not collect, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data. There is no registration, no sign-in, no user account, no user profile, and no payment function. Specifically, the applications do not collect:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact information
• payment or financial information
• precise or approximate location
• contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, photos, files, or documents
• microphone or camera input
• health, fitness, or biometric information
• the Google Advertising ID (AAID), the Android ID, or any other advertising or cross-application identifier
• installed application lists or device fingerprints

No analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or advertising software development kit is embedded in these applications. There is no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Crashlytics, no Google Mobile Ads, and no third-party measurement or attribution library of any kind.

2. No advertising

These applications contain no advertising. No advertisements are requested, served, rendered, or measured inside them, and no ad-serving endpoint is contacted. No behavioural or interest-based profile is built about you, and nothing about your use of these applications is used for advertising targeting.

WYSAMM LLC separately operates an advertising exchange under the Adbustr name. That business is governed by a different document, the Adbustr exchange Privacy Policy. It describes the exchange, not these applications, and the data practices described there do not apply to the applications covered by this page.

3. Network connections the apps make

The applications stream video and load artwork. To do that, and only that, they connect to the following services over encrypted HTTPS:

• stream.mux.com— video delivery, operated by Mux, Inc.
• image.mux.com— still artwork and poster images, operated by Mux, Inc.

As with any request over the internet, the receiving server necessarily observes the network address the request came from and the technical characteristics required to deliver the video. That processing is performed by Mux as our service provider under a data-processing agreement, for the sole purpose of delivering the media. We do not receive, store, or analyse user-level records from it. The list of scenes is bundled inside the application itself and is not personalised.

4. Permissions and why they exist

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— to stream video and to detect whether a connection is available.
• WAKE_LOCK— to keep the screen or audio session alive during playback.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK— to continue audio playback while the application is in the background. Applies to Mistvera, Drowsera, and Duskdeck.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS— to display the standard playback notification with pause and skip controls. Applies to Drowsera and Duskdeck. No marketing, promotional, or personalised notification is ever sent.

The applications request no location, storage, contacts, camera, or microphone permission.

5. Data stored on your device

Playback preferences, such as the last scene viewed and volume level, are stored locally on your device by the application. This information never leaves the device and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the application deletes it.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose user data to any third party, because we do not collect any. The only third party involved in the operation of the applications is Mux, Inc., which delivers the video and images as described in section 3.

7. Children

These applications are intended for a general audience aged 18 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. Because no data is collected, there is nothing to disclose or delete in respect of a child. If you nevertheless have a concern, write to privacy@adbustr.com.

8. Data retention and deletion

We hold no user data, so there is no retention period and no deletion queue. If you wish to remove everything associated with your use of an application, uninstalling it removes the locally stored preferences described in section 5. Should you wish to submit a formal deletion request anyway, write to privacy@adbustr.com and we will confirm in writing that no record exists.

9. Your rights

Residents of the EU, the EEA, and the United Kingdom have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Residents of California have equivalent rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have comparable rights under their state laws. Because these applications process no personal data, a request under any of these laws will be answered with a confirmation that we hold no information about you. Requests go to privacy@adbustr.com and are answered within 30 days.

10. Security

All network traffic made by the applications uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Because no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, there is no user database to breach.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If a future version of an application begins to collect data or to display advertising, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the corresponding Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated at the same time.
